Consulting and implementation
GoHighLevel architecture you will not have to rebuild in six months
Technology does not fix operational disorder, it amplifies it. That is why every engagement starts with a diagnosis, never with a generic proposal.
For agencies and businesses already running GoHighLevel, or about to adopt it. Everything in writing, in English.
The three services
These are not three quotes. They are three different situations. If you do not know which one you are in, that is exactly what the first email is for.
You have an account and something does not add up
Account audit
Read what already exists before touching anything.
- Workflows and their billable executions
- Pipelines and stage discipline
- Integrations and hidden wallet costs
Deliverable: a written report covering what works, what is costing you money, and the exact order of correction.
From USD 490
Request an auditYou are about to build or rebuild
Architecture for agencies and SaaS
Decide the structure before somebody builds it.
- Sub-accounts, snapshots and governance
- Module map and integration rules
- What lives inside the platform and what must live outside
Deliverable: the architecture map in writing, ready for your team to execute, or for me to.
From USD 1,800
Design my architectureYou need someone to build it
Implementation
Build your operation with a structure that stays maintainable.
- Calendars that match how your team actually distributes work
- Pipelines whose stages mean something
- Automations designed against cost per execution
Deliverable: a working, documented account, so it does not depend on me once I am done.
From USD 2,900
Discuss my implementationThese prices are the starting point of each service. The final scope, and its closed price, come out of the diagnosis.
How I work
Four steps, in this order. The closed price appears in the third one, because before that it would be a guess.
You write to me. No cost.
You describe your operation and I reply with a straight answer on whether I can help and where I would start.
Diagnosis
I review your account or your adoption plan against real data, not assumptions.
Written proposal with closed scope and price
You know exactly what gets done, in what time, and what it costs, before committing to anything.
Documented execution
Every piece is explained in your own knowledge base, in English.
Everything in writing, and why that is better here
There are no discovery calls. All of it runs over email: your description, my diagnosis, the proposal and the documentation.
For an architecture engagement this is an advantage rather than a limitation. A written diagnosis is something you can forward to your team, reread in three months, and hold me to. A call is something one person remembers differently a week later. The deliverable of every service on this page is a document, so the process that produces it may as well be one too.
The practical effect is that the first exchange is more useful than a first call usually is. You write four lines about what is broken, and you get back a written read of whether it is worth fixing and in what order.
Who this is not for
The same honesty as the guides applies here. I am not the right choice if:
- You want someone to run day-to-day campaigns. I am an architect, not an operator.
- Your business does not yet generate commercial flow to coordinate. You have too much platform, and I will tell you so.
- You want the cheapest vendor rather than the system you will not have to rebuild in six months.
- You need to talk it through on a call. Everything here runs in writing, and if that does not work for you, we are not a fit.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there prices if the scope comes from the diagnosis?
Because you deserve to know what range you are in before you write to anyone. The prices shown are the starting point of each service. The closed price, with its scope, arrives in the proposal after the diagnosis. You will never commit without knowing the total cost.
Do you work on accounts built by someone else?
Yes, that is the most common case. The audit exists precisely to read what was inherited before deciding what to keep, what to correct and what to rebuild.
Why no calls?
Because the work is written and so is the deliverable. Architecture decisions need a document that survives the conversation, not a meeting where two people leave with different versions of what was agreed. Everything runs over email, in English, and the first reply arrives within one business day.
Do you work with clients outside Latin America?
Yes. The platform, its API and its ecosystem operate in English, and so does this service. Time zones do not matter much when nothing depends on both of us being available at the same moment.
Why should I trust your judgement?
Because it is published. Every guide on this site shows how I think: verified numbers, when not to use something, and architecture before tools. Start with any article and decide for yourself.
Start with four lines, not a quote
No cost and no commitment. If I cannot help you, I will say so in the first reply.
